Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer shipping throughout the United States.

International Shipping (Mexico)
We ship to Mexico.

- 5 – 10 business days depending on customs processing and carrier.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT (IVA), customs fees, and brokerage charges.
These charges are may or may not be included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer to verify them before completing any purchase.
If duties or taxes are refused upon delivery and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping fees
- Any customs charges incurred
These amounts may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the destination and package size.
Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
