Refund policy


7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, the order is considered final and no refund or exchange will be issued.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

- Item must be unused

- Item must be in original condition

- Item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

- Item must show no signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

- Sale or clearance items

- Final sale items

- Installed or used electronics

- Items returned damaged

- Custom orders or special-order items

- Opened items missing packaging or components


Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender at customer expense.

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

- You will be notified by email.

- We reserve the right to approve or deny the refund.

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.


International Orders (Including Mexico)

International orders are final once shipped.

If a customer refuses to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees and the package is returned:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

- Return shipping fees will be deducted

- Any customs or carrier charges will be deducted

- The 20% restocking fee still applies

In some cases, refused international shipments may not be eligible for refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

- Provide photos of packaging and product

- Claims made after 48 hours may be denied

Carrier damage claims must follow carrier procedures.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claim that violates this policy.

Submitting false damage claims, returning used products, or attempting chargeback fraud may result in:

- Permanent account ban

- Refusal of future service

- Evidence submitted to payment processors


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


No Refunds on Installed Car Audio Equipment

All car audio products are strictly non-refundable once installation has been attempted or completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Subwoofers

- Amplifiers

- Speakers

- Head units / stereos

- Wiring kits

- DSP processors

- Electrical components

Any product that shows signs of installation, wiring, mounting, modification, power connection, or tampering will not qualify for return or refund under any circumstance.

We are not responsible for:

- Improper installation

- Damage caused during installation

- Compatibility issues

- Tuning errors

- Electrical damage

- Blown equipment due to incorrect wiring or overpowering

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

If an item is returned and determined to have been installed or used, it will be:

- Rejected and returned to the customer at their expense

- Or subject to additional fees at our discretion

No exceptions.
